  • Assess external/ legislative changes in the U.S. and analyze impact on immigration processes. Identify process and policy gaps, drafting policy and process revisions, and assisting immigration team leaders with the implementation of new or revised programs as necessary.   • Create and build upon operational plans, drive a mindset and culture of continuous improvement;
